5th Annual Johnny Ramone Tribute next Sat!

Reminder that the 5th Annual Johnny Ramone Tribute is next Saturday, Oct 3 at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, 6000 Santa Monica Blvd in LA.

Tommy Ramone and CJ Ramone (pictured above, wearing the Sam Fout JRA tee!) will be in attendance. It will mark the world premiere screening of Night of the Living Dead in 3D, the Ramones concert film It's Alive! ...and the premiere of the Johnny Ramone Army animated short in Hi-Def 3D!!

The JRA short was designed & directed by me, animated by Todd Cronin & myself, w/ Ramones mix by Product. Produced by John Cafiero of JRA & Osaka Popstar fame. We couldn't be more honored to be part of this event.

I've also scribbled out an exclusive Johnny Ramone print to be produced by Acme Archives & JRA that should be available at the event! More on that in the days to come...

Johnny Ramone Army 2009

In case you haven't already heard, the Johnny Ramone Army is planning an incredible memorial for Johnny which will take place in Hollywood in early October. It is expected to be their biggest memorial event yet! Among their many attractions, they'll be hosting the world premier of a completely re-mastered 3D version of Night of the Living Dead. Along with that, they've also prepared a 3D version of the new edit of our JRA trailer! Check back often... we'll post the 3D version as it becomes available.
